ELI SPORT (Ages 13 & Up)

Our Eli Sport program builds and expands on the fundamentals learned in the Super Kids program. The Skills acquired in the younger program will enhance your success in future programs, however it is not required. Our focus is strengthening movement. Athletes will be exposed to the introduction of light weight training, rotary strength techniques, and the development of speed and power principles.

Athletes will acquire the fundamental skills and techniques necessary to significantly enhance future sport performance. This program is the ideal sport training tool for sports that require quick foot movements, flat out speed, and overall strength.

Eli Sport also introduces the aspiring athlete to more advanced and dynamic forms of training. Athletes will receive instruction on proper sprint mechanics; plyometrics; lateral speed; weight training and basic Olympic lifting.

Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday at 4:00pm
Saturday at 10:30am

All athletes are encouraged to train at least 3x a week
