POWER SPEED
Our advanced program is a comprehensive strength and conditioning program that maximizes power, speed, and conditioning. This is an intensive program that includes 4-5 lifts and 2 speed sessions per week, in addition to mobility and injury-prevention sessions.

Push yourself to new heights in a competitive and fun group with other junior, varsity, semi-pro, and professional athletes who want to take their performance to the next level.
Power Speed
Enhance your strength and power with 3-4 gym sessions per week, complemented by 2 speed, agility, and conditioning sessions on the track to be the best you can be in training camp.
Mobility & Injury Prevention
Balance your workouts out with sessions in our infrared heated studio. We incorporate elements of yoga, pilates, and mobility training to provide a complete package for you.
Recovery
Finish your training days with sessions in our hydrotherapy room, equipped with a cold plunge and steam shower.

Training times are always flexible, but this group will meet at 9:15 AM Monday-Friday during the summer months.
