SPRING TRAINING: (Now until June 26)

Base training and conditioning phase, building a foundation for more intense work in the summer months.

Monday-Thursday 3:30 PM at Infrared Fitness Gym

SUMMER TRAINING (June 29 - August 21)

Power speed intensive training program on the track and in the gym.

Monday, Thursday: 8:00-9:00 AM (UPEI Track)

Tuesday, Wednesday: 8:00-9:15 AM (Infrared Fitness Gym)
Pricing (Total Cost):
12 weeks: $1200+ tax.
8 weeks: $1000+ tax.
Summer Program Includes:
