Summer Program

  • Benchmark fitness testing.

  • 2 strength sessions per week (Gym).

  • 2 speed sessions per week (UPEI track).

  • Mobility, balance, and flexibility work.

  • Cold tub and steam room access.

  • Mobile programming.

  • Eli Sport apparel.

Suitable for: 

  • U15, u18 hockey players.

  • Athletes in u14, u16, u18 levels. 

  • High school athletes.
