Athletes aged 10-13

Speed for Sport

Learn the fundamentals of athlete training in a fun and safe environment! Speed for Sport helps youth athletes build a foundation to become faster, stronger, and more agile. Athletes will learn sprinting mechanics and basic strength training techniques in this 8-week program.

PROGRAM DETAILS

  • 45 minute sessions

  • 3 sessions per week:

    • 1 track session at UPEI​

    • 2 gym sessions at Infrared Fitness

  • 8-week program: $720.

  • Begins Monday, July 7th.
