SUMMER PROGRAM
Speed for Sport
Learn the fundamentals of athlete training in a fun and safe environment!
Speed for Sport helps youth athletes build a foundation to become faster, stronger, and more agile.
Develop sprinting mechanics and basic strength training techniques in this 7-week program. Includes two gym sessions and one track session per week.
