Athletes aged 10-13

Speed for Sport

Learn the fundamentals of athlete training in a fun and safe environment! Speed for Sport helps youth athletes build a foundation to become faster, stronger, and more agile. Athletes will learn sprinting mechanics and basic strength training techniques in this 7-week program. Includes two gym sessions and one track session per week.

PROGRAM DETAILS

  • 45 minute sessions

  • 3 sessions per week:

    • Wednesdays: 10 AM UPEI Track

    • Tuesday and Thursday: 10 AM Infrared Fitness

  • 7 week program

  • July 8-August 21.
