Dave "Eli" MacEachern

Founder, head trainer

For the past two decades, Olympic Gold Medalist Dave "Eli" MacEachern has been an innovator in high-performance athletic training. This is his story.

As an athlete, Eli competed at three Olympic Games: in 1992 (Albertville), 1994 (Lilehammer), and 1998 (Nagano) in both the two-man and four-man bobsleigh competitions. In addition to his Olympic appearances, Eli also competed in several World Championships and all major global bobsled events while on the National team during the 1990s.

After retiring in 2000, Eli set out to revolutionize athlete training & power conditioning in Atlantic Canada.  He opened a gym and founded Dynmaic Sport Performance with the goal of revolutionizing athletic training in Atlantic Canada.

Eli helped elevate many Island athletes to new heights. Some notable success stories include the careers of Brad Richards, Adam Mcquaid, and Jared Connaughton.
