FLEX PROGRAM
A flexible option for busy athletes at the high school and university levels:

2-3 power speed workouts per week, programmed via mobile app.

Athletes can hop in with a group, or use our open gym services to get their workouts done.

Unlimited access to Infrared Fitness classes, our parent company. Classes include:

Pilates, yoga, barre, hot athletica (HIIT), and more.

Recovery in our hydrotherapy room, featuring a cold plunge and steam room.
SAMPLE WEEK
Of course, you get to make your own schedule. But it might look something like this...

MONDAY
-
Full-body strength workout. Focus on upper body power and core.

Speed endurance training for cardio.

TUESDAY
-
Hot Yoga class: improve balance, mobility, and flexibility. Also an excellent tool for recovery and injury prevention.

WEDNESDAY

Hot Athletica class: high-pace HIIT class in the Infrared heat, building core strength, anaerobic capacity, and boosting metabolism.

Followed by a cold plunge and steam room session.

THURSDAY

Full-body strength workout. Focus on lower body power and explosiveness.

FRIDAY/ SATURDAY

Pilates class: strengthen and tone muscles through small, deliberate movements and holds. Another weapon in our arsenal of injury prevention tools.

Followed by a cold plunge and steam room session.
